FIELD FEEDBACKA Letter from an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician
Talk about making a weary Marine happy at the end of a day. Mail came today after getting back from a couple of days in the mountains of Afghanistan and I was ecstatic to see a box from you. Without a doubt, this new blade is the most beautiful I have ever owned. It actually took me a while to set it down I enjoyed holding and looking at it so much. It is true that I was still using the original knife that you gave me. Just so you know, during the last deployment I was on in Fallujah, Iraq as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, your knife saw plenty of combat time and was instrumental in the defeat of over 470 IED's. Cut the wire every time I needed it. I can't wait to carry this new one starting tomorrow. The other great thing is that my wife is pregnant with our first baby. No idea on if a boy or girl yet, but I'm excited to know that I can now pass on my original combat knife to my firstborn seeing that I have a replacement. Nothing like baby's first blade!
Respectfully,
Chris
